Women and Wisdom is committed to providing an avenue for communion with self and service to others through encouraging people to awaken to their inner wisdom and passionate creativity.
We began in New York City in 1979 becoming a 501c3 Foundation in 2003 after years of conscious community building experiences and serving as a source of spiritual connection for thousands.
Our intention is to create events and communications focusing on the psycho-spiritual growth and creative well being of ALL persons, thus enhancing the human spirit and promoting conscious growth for all.
We depend upon Tax Deductible contributions to continue our endeavors for the greater good.
August is the 100th Anniversary of
Women's Suffrage in the USA
It is a great JOY to see so many WOMEN IN POSITIONS OF INFLUENCE
as Governors, Mayors, Legislators, and Potential Vice President.
We are at a powerful inflection point in our Societal Evolution.
It is clear that we are beginning to learn (Remember) that what our country was founded
upon is the path to true EQUALITY and Liberation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all human beings are created equal,
that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,
that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
Until we recognize that we are truly one humanity, that no matter where you were born, what language you speak, what religion you follow, whatever your beliefs, ideals, hopes, dreams - we share this amazing commonality. If we learn to see a reflection of ourselves in all people, if we get it that all of us who call this amazing Earth our home are one out of the many, then and only then can we realize that THERE ARE NO OTHERS. Somewhere along the way in our history, men began separating us into RACES--which is simply a made-up construct. Africans do not think in terms of themselves as BLACK or Brown. White Europeans began identifying people by skin color. There is only the ONE Human Race. This quote says it more eloquently:
